Uh oh.....

8 months from today is CHRISTMAS!

Did you write your letter to Santa? Did you start your shopping? I haven't either.

BUT...There are only 7 months til my birthday,,,,so you better get your butt in gear!

Nice weather....

The drive into work wasnt too bad, until I got 3 blocks from the store. Then? Well then it was just pure hell.
I was actually driving thru about 2-3 feet of water AND dodging floating-unoccupied cars at the same time!


How its possible for someone to get a permit to build a supermarket AND tons and tons of condos is beyond me. Obviously "someone" is getting paid off. BIG TIME!

This is one side of the building and the street. 2 feet at least.

These two are right outside the exit door!

This is my store manager and my supervisor--there is alot of construction by the store of new condos- They found some floating 2x4's and grabbed them to try and clear some of the sewer drains. GROSS!

Hoppy Easter All....

Aaah yes, Easter and Christmas.....The only 2 days out of the year that my job is actually CLOSED!
I guess I should be saying "Praise Jesus"

Today (Saturday) I'm at work and the phone rings--

Me- "Hello Shoprite"
Caller- "Yes are you open tomorrow?"

Me- "No we are closed all day"
Caller- "What? What are people suppose to do if they need food?"

Me- "We're open til midnight tonight"
CLICK!!
